APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR OUTGOING STAFF AND STUDENTS
The Erasmus+ Outgoing Student/Staff Mobility application process is as follows; The staff and students of Istanbul Ticaret University must apply via ERASMUS BAŞVURU PORTALI which is obligatory by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. The candidate will be login to the system via E-Devlet by using their TR ID number and password. If you do not have a username or password, please apply to any main branch of PTT.
APPLICATION PERIOD
Student Mobility for Studies is announced in the last week of January every year. Applications start in the first week of February. Unless deemed, application admissions are received once a year.
Please be informed Erasmus Başvuru Portalı is only for the outgoing staff and students’ applications.

THE ERASMUS PROCESS SYSTEM(KION)
Incoming students and staff must follow ERASMUS PROCESS SYSTEM (KION) in order to do their application to Istanbul Ticaret University. Incoming students and staff ought to ”Register and Apply” button in order to create their account, and later on, see opened applications call.
All candidates’ Erasmus process will be followed on the ERASMUS PROCESS SYSTEM (KION) Candidates who are awarded to participate in Erasmus mobility will follow the related system and upload required mobility documents in this system.
