The appeals submitted regarding the 2026–2027 Academic Year Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility applications have been carefully reviewed by the University’s Erasmus Selection and Evaluation Committee. All necessary examinations and decision-making processes have been completed, with consultation from the Turkish National Agency where required.
In line with the decisions taken through this process, the final results have been determined and are hereby announced below. The published lists consist of applicants who completed their applications through the Turna Portal fully and in accordance with the required procedures.
The application and evaluation process was conducted in accordance with the relevant legislation and the provisions of the Erasmus+ Programme Implementation Handbook published by the Turkish National Agency. All evaluations were carried out in line with the principles of transparency, equality, impartiality, and fairness.
The final results are provided below.
Explanations on Grant-Holding and Non-Grant-Holding Candidates and Internship Mobility
Students have been classified in the lists as either “Grant-Holding Candidates” or “Non-Grant-Holding Candidates.” These categories have the following meanings:
Grant-Holding Candidate: Students who are expected to benefit from the programme with financial support within the quota determined by the Erasmus Selection and Evaluation Commission and in accordance with the budget allocated to our University by the Turkish National Agency.
Non-Grant-Holding Candidate: Candidates who are included in the ranking list based on their scores but who cannot receive a grant due to budget limitations and who wish to participate in the programme with their own financial means (without a grant).
The distribution of grants has been planned to ensure that at least one student from each department with applicants receives financial support. In line with the budget allocated to our Office by the Turkish National Agency, a total of 13 students have been designated as grant-holding candidates under the internship mobility scheme. Following the completion of the approval process, students selected as grant-holding candidates will be funded for a maximum period of three months, subject to the budget allocated to our Office by the Turkish National Agency and the decision of the Erasmus Selection and Evaluation Commission.
Process Management and Responsibilities
Students selected for internship mobility are responsible for securing their own internship placements and obtaining a signed and stamped Letter of Acceptance/Invitation in a field related to their area of study, as specified in the relevant call for applications. The host institution must be approved by both our Office and the relevant departmental Erasmus coordinator.
Candidates who applied without a Letter of Acceptance/Invitation are required to submit their acceptance letters and all other required documents within six months following the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their acceptance letter by the specified deadline will automatically lose their right to participate in the mobility programme.
All selected candidates are responsible for fulfilling all requirements and obligations specified in the relevant mobility call.
Orientation Meeting
An orientation meeting will be organized to provide detailed information regarding the implementation of the mobility process. The date and time of the meeting will be announced on our website as soon as possible.
As stated in the Erasmus Internship Mobility Call, students who fail to attend orientation meetings and training sessions organized by our Office without a valid excuse will receive a deduction of 5 points from their total score in their next Erasmus+ mobility application.
Withdrawal Procedures
Regardless of their grant status, all selected candidates who decide not to participate in the mobility programme must notify the Erasmus Office of their withdrawal in writing within six months following the announcement of the results.
Failure to submit a withdrawal notice within the specified period may result in the application of the sanctions set out in the Erasmus+ Programme rules and the Erasmus+ Implementation Handbook.
