İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi Değişim Programları Koordinatörlüğü tarafından, 2026–2027 akademik yılında Erasmus+ öğrenim hareketliliğine katılacak öğrenciler için Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyon Programı düzenlendi. Program kapsamında öğrenciler, hareketlilik sürecine ilişkin kapsamlı bilgi edinirken, önceki dönemlerde değişim deneyimi yaşamış öğrencilerle bir araya gelme fırsatı buldu.
2026–2027 akademik yılında Erasmus+ ve değişim programları kapsamında öğrenim hareketliliği gerçekleştirecek öğrencileri bir araya getiren programa toplam 46 öğrenci katıldı. Katılımcılar, yeni akademik dönemde 14 farklı ülkede uluslararası eğitim deneyimi yaşayacak.
HAREKETLİLİK SÜRECİNE YÖNELİK KAPSAMLI BİLGİLENDİRME
Oryantasyon programı, Değişim Programları Koordinatörü Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Elif Nuray Yıldırım’ın açılış konuşmasıyla başladı. Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Elif Nuray Yıldırım konuşmasında öğrencilere başarı dileklerini ileterek, değişim sürecinin akademik gelişim kadar kültürlerarası etkileşim ve kişisel gelişim açısından da önemli fırsatlar sunduğunu vurguladı.
Program kapsamında Erasmus Uzmanı Asena Leblebici tarafından gerçekleştirilen sunumda; hareketlilik süreci, gerekli belgeler, dikkat edilmesi gereken tarihler ve öğrencilerin süreç boyunca takip etmesi gereken adımlar hakkında detaylı bilgilendirme yapıldı.
DENEYİM PAYLAŞIMLARIYLA ÖĞRENCİLERE REHBERLİK EDİLDİ
Oryantasyon programında daha önce Erasmus+ öğrenim hareketliliğine katılan öğrenciler de deneyimlerini paylaştı. Belçika, Polonya ve Hollanda’da Erasmus+ deneyimi yaşayan öğrenciler Eylül Lila Tekin, Rabia Yıldırım ve Aisha Ashim; hazırlık süreci, akademik uyum, günlük yaşam ve değişim döneminden en yüksek verimin nasıl alınabileceğine ilişkin önerilerini katılımcılarla paylaştı.
Öğrencilerin deneyim aktarımı sayesinde programa katılan öğrenciler, hareketlilik öncesinde merak ettikleri konular hakkında doğrudan bilgi edinme fırsatı yakaladı.
ETKİLEŞİMLİ VE VERİMLİ BİR ORYANTASYON PROGRAMI
Program, öğrencilerin aktif katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen interaktif bilgi yarışması ve soru-cevap oturumu ile sona erdi. Katılımcılar, süreçle ilgili sorularını yönelterek hareketlilik öncesinde kapsamlı bilgi alma imkânı buldu.
İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi, Erasmus+ ve değişim programları kapsamında yürüttüğü uluslararasılaşma çalışmaları doğrultusunda öğrencilerini küresel eğitim fırsatlarıyla buluşturmaya ve uluslararası deneyimlerini desteklemeye devam ediyor.
ERASMUS+ OUTGOING STUDENT ORIENTATION PROGRAM HELD AT ISTANBUL TICARET UNIVERSİTY
The Exchange Programs Coordinatorship at Istanbul Ticaret University organized an Outgoing Student Orientation Program for students who will participate in the Erasmus+ study mobility program during the 2026–2027 academic year. As part of the program, students gained comprehensive information about the mobility process and had the opportunity to meet with students who had previously participated in exchange programs.
A total of 46 students participated in the program, which brought together students who will undertake study mobility under the Erasmus+ and exchange programs during the 2026–2027 academic year. The participants will gain international educational experience in 14 different countries during the new academic year.
COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION ON THE MOBILITY PROCESS
The orientation program began with an opening speech by Asst. Prof. Dr. Elif Nuray Yıldırım, Assistant Professor and Exchange Programs Coordinator. In her speech, Asst. Prof. Dr. Elif Nuray Yıldırım conveyed her best wishes for the students’ success and emphasized that the exchange process offers significant opportunities not only for academic development but also for cross-cultural interaction and personal growth.
During the program, Erasmus Specialist Asena Leblebici delivered a presentation providing detailed information on the mobility process, required documents, important deadlines, and the steps students should follow throughout the process.

GUIDANCE FOR STUDENTS THROUGH SHARING EXPERIENCES
During the orientation program, students who had previously participated in the Erasmus+ study mobility program also shared their experiences. Students who had experienced Erasmus+ programs in Belgium, Poland, and the Netherlands, Eylül Lila Tekin, Rabia Yıldırım, and Aisha Ashim, shared their recommendations with participants regarding the preparation process, academic adaptation, daily life, and how to get the most out of the exchange period.
Thanks to the students’ sharing of their experiences, participants in the program had the opportunity to gain direct insight into topics they were curious about prior to their mobility.
AN INTERACTIVE AND EFFECTIVE ORIENTATION PROGRAM
The program concluded with an interactive quiz and a question-and-answer session featuring active student participation. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions about the process and gain comprehensive information before their mobility experience.
