Istanbul Ticaret University welcomes students wishing to spend an academic term at our university. Students will be able to make use of all facilities of the university, with courses largely taking place at the Sadabad Campus Sütlüce located at a central location in Istanbul. Students are able to take an introductory Turkish course and count their credits as ECTS grades.

Application Process
Students will have to be officially nominated by their home universities via e-mail to erasmus@ticaret.edu.tr
During the nomination process, students receive a online application and contact their departmental coordinators at their universities to fill in their Erasmus+ learning agreements.
When the application process is done, a Letter of Acceptance is sent to the student.
Nomination & Application Deadlines for Incoming Students
Nomination: Fall or Full Semester: 1st July
Application: Fall or Full Semester: 15th July
Nomination: Spring Semester: 15th November
Application: Spring Semester: 30th November
The academic year at Istanbul Ticaret University consists of two semesters. The fall semester typically runs from the beginning of October to the beginning of February and the spring semester from mid-February to mid-June. Each semester ends with an exam session. There is usually a teaching break of two weeks in February.

Note: Within the required documents, kindly note that you have to upload a biometric size photo to be used in ID cards. It is also advised to bring two biometric size photos with you.
