2026–2027 Erasmus Blended Intensive Program Results
Applications for the two blended intensive programs (BIP), namely “Robotics in Action: Bridging Theory and Engineering Practice” and “Game Development,” organized by Politehnica University Timişoara, have been evaluated and reviewed by the Erasmus Selection and Evaluation Commission.

Distinction Between Funded and Non-Funded Candidates
Applicants listed in the results have been classified as “Funded Candidate” and “Non-Funded Candidate.” These classifications mean the following:
Funded Candidate: Students who are expected to participate in the program with financial support within the quota determined by the Erasmus Selection and Evaluation Commission, in line with the budget allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency.
Non-Funded Candidate: Candidates who are included in the results list according to their ranking scores but cannot receive grant support due to budget limitations, and who wish to participate in the program at their own expense (without funding).
Process Management and Responsibilities
The critical stages that candidates should pay attention to are as follows:
1- Nomination:
The Erasmus Office has initiated the nomination procedures for students planned to participate in the mobility during the Fall semester. Students whose nominations are approved will receive informational e-mails from the host institutions.
2- Communication Follow-Up:
Managing e-mail correspondence with the host institution and following important dates such as application deadlines are entirely the responsibility of the candidate.
3- Monitoring Web Pages:
The Erasmus/International Office web pages of the preferred institutions should be checked regularly for application documents and procedures.
Declaration and Withdrawal Process
Students who are eligible to participate in the program as non-funded participants are required to fill out the Erasmus Blended Intensive Programs Participation Confirmation Form using their university e-mail addresses.
The relevant form has been made available through the link shared below, and it is mandatory for students to complete it in order to clarify their participation status.
Students nominated as funded participants who wish to withdraw from the program must fill out the withdrawal petition available on our web page and send it to erasmus@ticaret.edu.tr.
