İİstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi Değişim Programları Koordinatörlüğü tarafından, 18 Haziran 2026 tarihinde 2026-2027 akademik yılında Erasmus+ öğrenim hareketliliğine katılacak öğrenciler için Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyon Programı düzenlendi.
Program kapsamında öğrencilere hareketlilik süreci, gerekli belgeler, önemli tarihler, nominasyon ve hibe süreçleri hakkında kapsamlı bilgilendirme yapıldı. Etkinliğe toplam 56 öğrenci katıldı. Öğrenciler, gelecek akademik yılda 8 farklı ülkedeki üniversitelerde öğrenim hareketliliklerini gerçekleştirecekler.
Programın devamında, daha önce Erasmus+ hareketliliğine katılmış öğrenciler deneyimlerini paylaşarak katılımcılara süreçle ilgili önemli tavsiyelerde bulundu. Öğrenciler, Polonya ve Belçika’daki değişim deneyimlerini aktararak akademik ve kültürel kazanımlarından bahsetti.
Etkinlik, öğrencilerin hem bilgilerini pekiştirmelerine hem de eğlenceli vakit geçirmelerine olanak sağlayan Kahoot bilgi yarışması ile devam etti. Program, soru-cevap oturumunun ardından sona erdi.
Outgoing Erasmus+ Study Mobility Orientation Program for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Held
The Exchange Programs Coordinatorship of Istanbul Ticaret University organized an Outgoing Student Orientation Program on 18 June 2026 for students who will participate in Erasmus+ study mobility during the 2026-2027 academic year.
During the program, students were provided with comprehensive information regarding the mobility process, required documents, important dates, nomination procedures, and grant-related matters. A total of 56 students attended the event and will carry out their study mobility at universities in eight different countries during the upcoming academic year.
As part of the program, students who had previously participated in Erasmus+ mobility shared their experiences and provided valuable advice to prospective exchange students. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about the academic and cultural aspects of studying abroad through presentations by students who had completed their exchange periods in Poland and Belgium.
The event also featured an interactive Kahoot quiz, allowing participants to reinforce the information presented in an enjoyable way. The program concluded with a question-and-answer session.
