2024-2025 Erasmus Öğrenim Hareketliliği Ek Hibe Dağıtım Sonuçları
2023 sözleşme dönemi için ara rapor ile ilettiğimiz ek bütçe talebimizin Ulusal Ajans tarafından kabul edilmesi sonrasında üniversitemize ek hibe bütçesi tahsis edilmiştir.
Hibe tahsisi sonrasında, İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi Erasmus Komisyonu tarafından onaylanan 2024-2025 Akademik yılı Erasmus Öğrenim Hareketliliği hibe dağıtım sonuçları aşağıdaki gibi güncellenmiştir.
Öğrenim Hareketliliği Ek Hibe Dağıtım Sonuçları
Erasmus Komisyonu, Güz döneminde hibesiz olarak hareketliliğe başlayıp henüz hareketliliğini tamamlamamış öğrenciler ile Bahar dönemi için partner üniversiteye nominasyonu yapılan hibesiz öğrencilerin hibelendirilmesine karar vermiştir. Güz döneminde hareketliliğe başlayıp ikinci dönem için uzatma dilekçeleri kabul edilen öğrencilerin Bahar dönemleri de hibelendirilmiştir. Hibe dağıtımı sonucunda öğrenim hareketliliğine başlayan ve başlayacak olan bütün öğrencilerimiz hibeli hale gelmiştir.
Ulusal Ajans kuralları gereği, hareketlilik tamamlandıktan sonra hibe tahsis edilememektedir.
2024-2025 Erasmus Study Mobility Additional Grant Allocation Results
Following the approval of the additional budget request submitted with the interim report for the 2023 contract period by the National Agency, an additional grant budget has been allocated to our university. After the grant allocation, the results of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Erasmus Study Mobility grant distribution, approved by the İstanbul Ticaret University Erasmus Commission, have been updated as follows:
Additional Grant Distribution Results for Study Mobility
The Erasmus Commission has decided to grant funding to students who started their mobility in the Fall semester without a grant and have not yet completed their mobility, as well as to students nominated for mobility in the Spring semester without a grant. Additionally, students who started their mobility in the Fall semester and whose requests for extension for the second semester have been accepted will also receive grants for the Spring semester. As a result of the grant distribution, all students who have started or will start their study mobility have been granted funding.
According to the rules of the National Agency, grants cannot be allocated after the mobility has been completed.
